Innohep is an anticoagulant from the low molecular weight heparin family. It prevents the formation or extension of clots in the blood vessels.
At low doses it is used in the preventive treatment of thromboembolic accidents in recent patients and at high doses, it is used in the treatment of venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
