We collaborate with express carriers to ensure delivery within 1-2 days (D+1 or D+2), depending on the geographical zones in Europe, and certified ISO 9001:2015 and CERTIPHARM (certifications valid only for Chronopost).
For your temperature-sensitive shipments at -25°C/-15°C in mainland France, we use Chronopost Healthcare to ensure that the storage temperature is maintained during transport, thus preventing any product quality deterioration in case of delayed delivery, ensuring a secure D+1 delivery.
These partners guarantee the quality and compliance of the shipments, with special attention paid to maintaining the cold chain. Our products and frozen hemostasis reagents are carefully packaged in high-performance insulated boxes with dry ice or refrigerant packs, depending on the nature of the product.

Packaging
Shipments are made with dry ice on Mondays and Tuesdays for D+1 delivery, and only on Mondays for D+2 delivery, unless a specific written request is made and is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping
All orders of hemostasis reagents transported at ambient temperature are shipped Monday through Friday.

Shipment Tracking
To ensure optimal monitoring, each shipment of frozen hemostasis products with dry ice is equipped with a temperature indicator. Our products are shipped within 24 hours, with real-time tracking of the order status.
